According to some researches that low intake of omega-3s leads to depression and low cognitive functions, so walnuts are full of omega-3s that's why its called as best food for brain.
Walnuts are excellent antioxidants that's why they are excellent for the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease and also for other memory disorders
So add it in your diet (but in moderate amount) to improve your brain functions and low mood or sadness or depression.
