How to fight stress via deep breathing




 Try to aware about your own problem that why you are feeling depressed or frustrated, try to organize your thoughts in any calm place, for finding real reason of stress, may be while thinking about cause you find its solution

Relaxed breathing is one of significant way to calm when you are stressed .

Method of deep breathing:

Inhale slowly  from nose and stay for 3 seconds in start and than with practice increase time period as mush as you can and exhale via mouth slowly.

While inhaling always think that all happiness is entering in your body and while exhaling think that all problems are leaving from yours.

While inhaling belly should expands and while exhaling belly should contracts .
Try to do it with empty stomach  in sitting or laying position, but when you are stressed do it immediately for eight times

Make its habit to perform deep breathing 20 times in morning and 20 times before sleep for calm mind and healthy skin.

Note:
Its just a technique to relax not a solution  but if your stress is not in your control must consult your psychologist of your town  .
