According to a study published in Evidence Based Complementary Medicine establish that the use of ginger enhanced cognitive skill.


Sixty fit participants (middle-aged women ) were arbitrarily given either a placebo or standardized ginger extract (400 and 800 mg once per day) for sixty days. The volunteers were then assessing after every month (two months total) for their memory and cognitive function. Those who took the ginger, showed a significant increase in memory, while brain oxidative stress was reduced.

According to another study on rats demonstrated that hormones and neurotransmitters considerably increased. Researchers then establish that: the extract lessen the harmful effects of MSG so ginger acts as a powerful protective agent.

MSG is linked with Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, autism and attention deficit disorder.

Using it in every day diet, ginger is a powerful health habit.

How To Be motivated Towards Goal



1.   Get inquisitive = Try to find out more and more things about your interest check out what others are doing, like if you want to start boutique. Before going with own ideas check out others work: best collection of your area it will open new horizons to your ideas.
2.   Become a planner = Make proper plan with rules and objectives for your own self .Deadlines and self assessment must be a part of your plan
3.   Be Creative = Instead of coping others idea try to do something new from existing idea.
4.   Self exploration=Never lose hope instead find out your hidden potential which you have and you know you can do which you had plan in second step.
5.   Concentration matters= Your brain can do one task at one time properly because it needs full concentration otherwise you will lose interest which can lead you towards failure.
6.    Divide and Join= Note down all your work what you are doing as small tasks and their completion gradually leads you towards your big goal.  
7.   Slow and study wins the race= Shortcuts never lead you towards satisfaction once you get positive result by doing something negative, one day you will be failure. So set your goal, try hard to achieve it honestly. It will give you true satisfaction of heart and soul.
8.   Find positive people= Spend time with energetic, positive and satisfied people, their company gives you automatic motivation towards your goal.

9.   Ask=If you feel difficulty asks from experts of your interest

Video Games And Brain Power
