1. Manage your life, make a list of all activities.
2. Start brain exercises (Play Puzzles games).
3. Do exercise daily for 15 minutes or do brisk walk for 30 minutes .
4. Less stress and more rests.
5. Eat more but less fat.6.Take sound sleep at night times.
7. Give yourself time to improve memory.
8. Memorize information in chunks not as a whole at a time.
9. Repeat what you want to memorized.
10.Learn more memorization techniques.
