5. Boosts Immune System Smiling can in fact excite your immune response by helping you lighten up.
6. Lowers Blood Pressure According to study, research can decrease level of hypertension,
 7. Releases Endorphins  and Serotonin According to researches, smiling can cause release endorphins and serotonin: pain relievers and linked with happy feelings. One we smile properly as called it Duchenne smile it can develop such positive result.
If we see it in detail when we smile smiling brain neuropeptides become active that fights to stress, decreases heart rate and level of blood pressure. By smiling Endorphins releases which is natural pain reliever and brain also secrete serotonin which changes bad mood in to happy as a natural anti depressant.
