Pomegranate and Brain


 From many researches we come to know that pomegranate and its juice is good for brain functioning.

Pomegranate juice contains antioxidants that is very good for brain and general well-being.
From researches we come to know that people who eat antioxidants are more healthy comparatively those who don’t eat.

Antioxidants protect brain cells from the damage. Regular use of pomegranate is good for memory and other brain functions by improving flow of blood to brain
