Importance of Mental Training

The mind-body relationship is a very influential one. For all you think in your brain, your body has an effect, in spite of whether it is actual or imagined.

For example, have you ever had a horrific dream? Generally, you will awaken up with your increase heart rate, sweating and very restless, even though nothing was in reality. But, in your psyche there was something awful going on and your body reacting to it.

One more example: if you are alone in home and you hear a noise and take it as the wind, you feel fine, but if you take it as a stalker, your fight or flight response takes over and you become frightened, your heart begins racing a mile a minute.
These are just a two examples of how strong the link is among your mind and your body. With this ground, it becomes obvious that how necessary it is to prepare both the mind and body for happy and balanced life.

It is good to see sportspersons, trainers, that how much they gives importance to mental preparation with physical. In sports through active mind, player can control the game through using mind tactics people with less mental control often loss the game just because of fear of failure or low self esteem .Active mind can makes the game win even from the last stage of game. This attitude embraces true not only in sports but in business as well.
