Berries can Boost Your Memory

Berries are full of anthocyanins, and powerful phytochemicals that provide these yummy edible fruits their lively purple, red and blue tones. A 2012 Harvard research established that women who ate at least 1cup of blueberries and strawberries for each week experienced  2.5-year delay in mental decline comparative to women who hardly ever ate berries.







Now try to add  blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries in your diet.You can also take berries by adding in yogurt, cereal, pancake and muffin batter or can take in form of smoothies and beverages
