Coping Your Reactions to Noise Anxiety

Dealing with your noise sensitivity can be delicate. Cognitive behavioral therapy can be an aid.
What you can do by your self ?
·         Find out which sounds you're most sensitive to, particularly the ones that you want to be less sensitive to over time.
·         Create a tape of the noise.
·         Seated in a place that you're relaxed and listen to the tape of the noise. At first it's going to trouble you a great deal.

·         As you're listening to it, perform something that relaxes you. Meditation or deep breathing, there are abundance of ways to tranquil your body so that it feels easier to deal with.
·         Finally you'll find the sound less impactful. Once you experience calmer listening to the noise, take a break.
·         One or two days later, choose a new place, a place less relaxing. Do the exercise again.
·         Do it 4 to 5 times with gap of 3 days.

Your hyper- sensitivity to noise may be because of any existing psychological problems about you are not aware like any stress due to any physical ailment or job stress or any social problem please try to find out is there any other problem which makes you sensitive to noise or consult psychologist .It will better help you to deal with your noise anxiety.
