Think positive and Change Your world



 Positive thinking is great for every aspect of life and can make such a positive impact on our experience of life.

Thoughts are things and they go where you direct them vibrationally. They then attract more of the same. And, it’s cumulative. The more you think positive thoughts, the more good comes into your life. Gratitude and appreciation are key.

  1. Admit Your Mistakes.
  2. Smile
  3. Read positive quotes.
  4. Try to make happy to Your family and friends 
  5. Do deep breathing if you feel stress.
  6. Always phrase your scentencse in a positive way if you are in stress full situation
  7. Learn to say NO , realize you cant please every one
  8. Keep in touch with positive people.
  9. Always remember negative feelings will only hurt you and only you.
  10. Try to do some physicall exercise daily.
  11. Try to spend unconditional love to every one u meet in your live.
  12. Do your best than leave rest on ALLAH Subhana

Where I live, these days
cold and sky all day grey
the mood may rapidly decay
but as the saint says
happiness where it lays
is within your own
so it must be possible
to lift our spirits up
with this awesome gift
of nature to us all
